Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.

The owners and management of Cook's Cottage & The Map Room cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.
Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in
Deposit Conditions:
50% Non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking, direct or internet deposit.
Balance of payment is due on arrival, cash or cheque.
Cancellation policy:
Deposit will not be refunded if a booking is cancelled.

Cash, Bank Credit Transfers, Cheque
Check In/Check Out Times:
Check in: after 14:00
Check out: before 10:00
In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available. Please advise us if you require early check-in or late check out.
Other terms:
The Guest will make good any damages or loss caused by himself or his party and this will be charged to the final account to be paid on departure.
