Franschhoek is all about eating, drinking and feeling the spirit of the mountains and their moods. Both units are fully equipped for self-catering but are also within walking distance of the numerous restaurants in town.

COOK'S COTTAGE - The fully-equipped kitchen is open-plan to the dining area and overlooks the dining area and living room. It has the best modern appliances for catering at home. French doors lead out to the verandah which has a dining table, sofa and chairs.

THE MAP ROOM - Upstairs find the expansive open plan, fully equipped, double-volume kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room and dining area with a log fireplace. Six folding glass doors open onto the deck with barbecue, table and chairs, looking out across the vineyards and mountains.

COOK'S COTTAGE - Franschhoek is what has to be described as one of the most beautiful valleys on earth. A covered stoep (verandah) opens around the side of the property, which leads to the garden. The small garden is private & secure & incorporates the 3X3m plunge pool which is available 24 hours a day. The pool light for night time dips can be turned on in the distribution box to the left of the pool pump.

THE MAP ROOM - Six folding glass doors open onto the deck with barbecue, table & chairs, looking out across the vineyards & mountains. The first floor has the watering hole, grazing area & place to kick off your thousand-milers. Perfect for unwinding after a long attack at the local vineyards, or a gorging meal at one of Franschhoeks' many restaurants.
